Administrative Duties:

Manage and maintain the gallery’s

administrative tasks, such as answering

phone calls, responding to emails, and

scheduling appointments.

Assist with cataloging and organizing

artwork, including updating records and

databases.

Perform general administrative tasks, such

as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Sales and Marketing Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service

to gallery visitors, including answering

questions about artwork, artists, and

exhibitions.

Assist with sales and marketing efforts,

including creating and sending invitations to

art lovers and the press.

Coordinate and participate in gallery

events, such as receptions, exhibitions, and

art fairs.

Develop and maintain relationships with

artists, collectors, and other gallery

professionals.

Assist with creating and implementing

marketing campaigns, including social

media, email marketing, and print

advertising.

Assist with installing and deinstalling

exhibitions, including hanging artwork and

setting up displays.

Manage and maintain the gallery’s

inventory, including receiving and

processing artwork shipments.

Assist with coordinating and scheduling

gallery activities, such as artist talks,

workshops, and lectures.

Provide support to the gallery’s curatorial

and programming teams.

Other Duties:

Develop and maintain knowledge of the art

market, including trends, styles, and artists.

Assist with creating and editing marketing

materials, such as press releases, social

media posts, and email newsletters.

Participate in gallery meetings and

contribute to discussions on gallery operations and strategy.

Perform other duties as assigned by the

gallery management Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Arts,

or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in an art gallery or

related field.

Wege: 18$-20$ 

Excellent communication and interpersonal  skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Familiarity with art market trends and artists. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to lift and move artwork and equipment as needed.
