Craniosacral therapy is a gentle touch therapy that restores and enhances the body's inherent ability to heal itself by removing restrictions and imbalances in the body. This therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system enabling deep rest. Due to its non-invasive nature, it is suitable for newborns too, and can help babies and mums recover after traumatic births.
